Services described
Pages describing consultations, rates, and engagement steps are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written estimate or statement of work. Website forms requesting a scoping call do not create a contract by themselves.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and downloadable materials provided by Toolkit Stonebase remain our property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. Client artefacts shared with us remain yours; we use them only to perform the engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at a volume that degrades service, submit unlawful material, or misrepresent your identity when requesting consulting work.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Toolkit Stonebase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For consulting engagements, liability caps and warranties are stated in the applicable statement of work. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
